Pectus Up in Poland

Dr. Andrés Varela de Ugarte has provided the training in a Pectus Excavatum surgery at the Hospital Universitario Puerta de Hierro Majadahonda, in Madrid.

The surgery was performed last August in Madrid. Dr. Adam Rzechonek, surgeon of the Thoracic Surgery Service of the Dolnośląskie Centrum Chorób Płuc hospital in Poland took part in it. And it was also attended by Mr. Przemek Urban, PM of the company Elektro-Oxigen Polska, a distributor of medical products in the country.
