En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, \u00e9s el m\u00e0xim responsable del control de f\u00e0rmacs i dispositius m\u00e8dics de compet\u00e8ncia estatal, i de preservar la garantia de qualitat, seguretat, efic\u00e0cia, informaci\u00f3 i accessibilitat als medicaments i dispositius m\u00e8dics a Espanya.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;organisme estatal ha certificat que el Pectus Up Surgery Kit \u00e9s un dispositiu m\u00e8dic de qualitat, i que s&#039;ajusta perfectament a la normativa espanyola en mat\u00e8ria de dispositius m\u00e8dics. Per aix\u00f2, l&#039;AEMPS autoritza Ventura Medical Technologies a distribuir el producte m\u00e9s innovador per al tractament del Pectus Excavatum.<\/p>\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, l&#039;estat espanyol no \u00e9s l&#039;\u00fanic estat europeu que reconeix els beneficis de Pectus Up Surgery Kit.
