En el congr\u00e9s, els resultats comparatius entre els innovadors\u00a0<strong>T\u00e8cnica Pectus Up<\/strong>\u00a0i la\u00a0<strong>M\u00e8tode Nuss<\/strong>, ambd\u00f3s utilitzats per al tractament de la\u00a0<strong>Pectus Excavatum<\/strong>, es van presentar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El doctor Josu\u00e9 Eduardo Betancourth-Alvarenga, associat del Servei de Cirurgia Pedi\u00e0trica de l&#039;Hospital Taul\u00ed, va ser l&#039;encarregat de presentar cinc anys d&#039;experi\u00e8ncia amb el\u00a0<strong>Pectus Up<\/strong>. L&#039;estudi va incloure dades dels primers pacients intervinguts en l&#039;assaig cl\u00ednic, iniciat l&#039;any 2012, fins a l&#039;\u00faltim, intervingut l&#039;any 2016. Al llarg de tots aquests anys, la m\u00ednima invasi\u00f3\u00a0<strong>Pectus Up<\/strong>\u00a0La t\u00e8cnica quir\u00fargica, aix\u00ed com l&#039;implant en si, han experimentat diferents evolucions per millorar els resultats i evitar aix\u00ed qualsevol recurr\u00e8ncia que pogu\u00e9s sorgir en les seves fases inicials de desenvolupament.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">L&#039;estudi va concloure que el\u00a0<strong>Pectus Up<\/strong>, tot i ser una t\u00e8cnica de desenvolupament recent, representa un tractament segur i efica\u00e7 per als pacients afectats\u00a0<strong>Pectus Excavatum<\/strong>, amb resultats similars a l&#039;\u00fas d&#039;un m\u00e8tode amb m\u00e9s de 20 anys d&#039;evoluci\u00f3, com \u00e9s el de Nuss, per\u00f2 amb avantatges notables sobre aquest \u00faltim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Pectus Up<\/strong>\u00a0redueix el temps al quir\u00f2fan, el dolor postoperatori i l&#039;estada hospital\u00e0ria, per\u00f2 el principal avantatge de la t\u00e8cnica rau en el fet que \u00e9s extrator\u00e0cica, per tant no envaeix el mediast\u00ed ni la cavitat pleural, reduint aix\u00ed el risc de danyar el vital. \u00f2rgans del t\u00f2rax; en definitiva, una bona alternativa en la fixaci\u00f3 del Pectus Excavatum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Durant el congr\u00e9s,\u00a0<strong>Pectus Up<\/strong>\u00a0Tamb\u00e9 es van presentar els resultats quan s&#039;utilitza com a t\u00e8cnica h\u00edbrida en intervencions m\u00ednimament invasives per a pacients amb una malaltia greu\u00a0<strong>Pectus Excavatum<\/strong>\u00a0\u00edndex (<strong>\u00cdndex Haller<\/strong>).
