Aquesta ha estat la primera intervenci\u00f3 quir\u00fargica d&#039;aquest any a Col\u00f2mbia.<\/em><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La cirurgia va tenir lloc a l&#039;Hospital de la Miseric\u00f2rdia (HOMI), a Bogot\u00e0, una instituci\u00f3 privada sense \u00e0nim de lucre dedicada al diagn\u00f2stic i tractament de malalties d&#039;alta complexitat en nens. L&#039;HOMI va ser el primer a exercir i ensenyar pediatria a Col\u00f2mbia, fa 120 anys, i avui dia \u00e9s l&#039;hospital infantil m\u00e9s important del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amb aquesta nova operaci\u00f3,\u00a0<strong>Pectus<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Amunt<\/strong>\u00a0es consolida a Col\u00f2mbia per\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/biomedisys.com.co\/\">Biomedicina<\/a>, distribu\u00efdor de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/venturamedicaltechnologies.com\/es\/\">Ventura Medical Technologies<\/a>\u00a0productes all\u00e0. El juny de 2017 es va concedir el registre sanitari del producte a Col\u00f2mbia, arran de la resoluci\u00f3 de\u00a0<em>la Direcci\u00f3n de Dispositivos M\u00e9dicos del Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia del Medicamento<\/em>\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/c\/InvimaColombiaOficial\">INVIMA<\/a>). Des de llavors, molts pacients afectats per\u00a0<strong>Pectus<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Excavatum<\/strong>\u00a0ara s\u00f3n elegibles per al tractament amb el\u00a0<strong>Pectus<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Amunt<\/strong>t\u00e8cnica m\u00ednimament invasiva, f\u00e0cil d&#039;implantar i redueix dr\u00e0sticament l&#039;estada hospital\u00e0ria i els temps de recuperaci\u00f3 postoperat\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Dr. Fernando Fierro \u00c1vila \u00e9s especialista en cirurgia pedi\u00e0trica i professor de la Universitat Nacional de Col\u00f2mbia, a Bogot\u00e0. Va ser el cirurgi\u00e0 amb qui va fer la primera intervenci\u00f3\u00a0<strong>Pectus<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Amunt<\/strong>\u00a0al seu pa\u00eds, en aquell moment a un pacient de 13 anys.
