ANDR\u00c9S VARELA ES CONSOLIDA COM EL CIRUGI\u00c0 TOR\u00c0CIS AMB M\u00c9S CIRUGIES PECTUS UP A ESPANYA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Dos pacients amb Pectus Excavatum han estat intervinguts amb la nova t\u00e8cnica Pectus Up a l&#039;Hospital Puerta de Hierro de Madrid.<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cirugiatoracica.es\/dr-varela.html\">Dr. Andr\u00e9s Varela<\/a>, Cap del Servei de Cirurgia Tor\u00e0cica de l&#039;Hospital Puerta de Hierro Majadahonda, Hospital Quir\u00f3nsalud i Hospital La Luz, tots a Madrid (Espanya), ha intervingut amb \u00e8xit dos nous pacients afectats per\u00a0<strong>Pectus Excavatum\u00a0<\/strong>amb el\u00a0<strong>Pectus Up\u00a0<\/strong>t\u00e8cnica. En aquesta ocasi\u00f3, s&#039;han realitzat intervencions quir\u00fargiques a un pacient adult de 46 anys i a un jove de 20, ambd\u00f3s amb resultats de gran \u00e8xit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El\u00a0<strong>Pectus<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Amunt<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s un implant extrator\u00e0cic per a la correcci\u00f3 de\u00a0<strong>Pectus<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Excavatum<\/strong>\u00a0mitjan\u00e7ant un enfocament m\u00ednimament invasiu, que redueix considerablement la complexitat i els riscos de la cirurgia. Entre molts dels seus avantatges, podem destacar que \u00e9s f\u00e0cil d&#039;implantar, que provoca menys dolor que les t\u00e8cniques tradicionals i que requereix menys dies d&#039;hospitalitzaci\u00f3, per la qual cosa el pacient experimenta una r\u00e0pida recuperaci\u00f3 postoperat\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#039;implant, desenvolupat per\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/venturamedicaltechnologies.com\/es\/\">Ventura Medical Technologies<\/a>, va ser dissenyat l&#039;any 2012, amb una primera versi\u00f3 adre\u00e7ada a infants i adolescents. Des d&#039;aleshores, ha experimentat diverses etapes d&#039;evoluci\u00f3 i, gr\u00e0cies en bona part a la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 del Dr. Varela en les millores introdu\u00efdes en la t\u00e8cnica, s&#039;ha ampliat la franja d&#039;edat objectiu als pacients no pedi\u00e0trics, aix\u00ed com la diversitat tipol\u00f2gica de la condici\u00f3 entre els candidats a aquest tipus de cirurgia.
