Alejandra Elton Torrej\u00f3n i el Dr. Rodrigo Maluje Juri, tots dos cirurgians pedi\u00e0trics de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hospitalfricke.cl\/\">Hospital Dr. Gustavo Fricke<\/a> a Vi\u00f1a del Mar, Xile, han realitzat una pr\u00e0ctica professional a l&#039;Hospital Vall d&#039;Hebron de Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La formaci\u00f3 s&#039;ha realitzat al Servei de Cirurgia Pedi\u00e0trica, dirigit per <a href=\"http:\/\/pectusup.com\/en\/profesionales\/dr-manuel-lopez\/\">Dr. Manuel L\u00f3pez Paredes<\/a>. Les sessions, centrades en laparosc\u00f2pies neonatals i fetals, van ser recolzades per un taller a <strong>Pectus<\/strong> <strong>Amunt<\/strong>, l&#039;implant extrator\u00e0cic per al tractament de <strong>Pectus<\/strong> <strong>Excavatum<\/strong>, desenvolupat per <a href=\"http:\/\/venturamedicaltechnologies.com\/ca\/\">Ventura Medical Technologies<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al ser una t\u00e8cnica m\u00ednimament invasiva, <strong>Pectus<\/strong> <strong>Amunt<\/strong> representa un important pas endavant en el tractament de <strong>Pectus<\/strong> <strong>Excavatum<\/strong>. Amb aquest m\u00e8tode, els pacients pateixen menys dolor que amb les t\u00e8cniques actuals, requereixen dies hospitalaris m\u00e9s curts i gaudeixen d&#039;una r\u00e0pida recuperaci\u00f3, ja que no hi ha invasi\u00f3 de la cavitat tor\u00e0cica durant el procediment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/pectusup.com\/en\/first-pectus-up-surgery-in-chile-on-13-year-old-patient\/\">La primera cirurgia amb Pectus Up a Xile<\/a> va tenir lloc el 23 de mar\u00e7 de 2019. Va ser interpretada per <a href=\"http:\/\/pectusup.com\/en\/profesionales\/dr-patricio-herrera-oroz\/\">Dr. Patricio Herrera Oroz<\/a>, cirurgi\u00e0 pedi\u00e0tric a la <a href=\"https:\/\/hegc.cl\/\">Hospital de Ni\u00f1os Dr. Exequiel Gonz\u00e1lez Cort\u00e9s<\/a> i a la Cl\u00ednica Alemana, ambdues a Santiago de Xile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A aquella cirurgia va assistir el Dr. Manuel L\u00f3pez Paredes, que va acudir com a expert internacional en el <strong>Pectus<\/strong> <strong>Amunt<\/strong> t\u00e8cnica per donar suport al Dr. Herrera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La intervenci\u00f3 va coincidir amb la presentaci\u00f3 de la <strong>Pectus<\/strong> <strong>Amunt<\/strong> al Congr\u00e9s Anual del Grup Internacional d&#039;Endocirurgia Pedi\u00e0trica (IPEG), <a href=\"http:\/\/pectusup.com\/en\/pectus-up-at-ipegs-28-annual-congress-for-endosurgery-in-children-santiago-chile\/\">celebrat a Santiago de Xile<\/a>, del 19 al 23 de mar\u00e7 de 2019, amb el doctor Miguel Guelfand i el doctor Patricio Varela entre els membres del comit\u00e8 organitzador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pectus Xile<\/strong>, distribu\u00efdor oficial de Pectus Up a Xile, va organitzar la presentaci\u00f3 als professionals que van assistir a l&#039;IPEG, juntament amb <strong>Ventura Medical Technologies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\n<h4><a href=\"http:\/\/pectusup.com\/en\/pectus-excavatum-pectus-up-chile\/#Chili\"><strong>Xile continua avan\u00e7ant en la consolidaci\u00f3 de Pectus Up per al tractament de Pectus Excavatum<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El setembre de 2019, Ventura Medical Technologies va organitzar una <strong>Pectus<\/strong> <strong>Amunt<\/strong> taller de formaci\u00f3 celebrat a Barcelona, \u200b\u200bal qual va assistir el Dr. Ra\u00fal Berrios Silva, cirurgi\u00e0 onc\u00f2leg de t\u00f2rax i actual Cap de Pavellons de la <strong>Cl\u00ednica Alemana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cada cop hi ha m\u00e9s cirurgians especialitzats <strong>Pectus<\/strong> <strong>Excavatum<\/strong> qui tria el <strong>Pectus<\/strong> <strong>Amunt<\/strong> t\u00e8cnica per operar als seus pacients afectats per aquesta deformitat tor\u00e0cica, tamb\u00e9 anomenada <em>pit enfonsat<\/em>, consolidant-se aix\u00ed com a experts en la formaci\u00f3 d&#039;altres professionals interessats en aquesta nova t\u00e8cnica quir\u00fargica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualment, el <strong>Pectus<\/strong> <strong>Amunt<\/strong> es comercialitza a Espanya, Fran\u00e7a, Portugal i Irlanda, a Europa, i a Col\u00f2mbia, Xile i M\u00e8xic a Llatinoam\u00e8rica. Properament tamb\u00e9 estar\u00e0 disponible a It\u00e0lia, Marroc, Per\u00fa, Costa Rica i Equador, consolidant la seva posici\u00f3 com una bona alternativa a les t\u00e8cniques tradicionals per a
