A mesura que la situaci\u00f3 torna a la normalitat, els cirurgians especialitzats en cirurgia tor\u00e0cica recuperen la seva activitat quir\u00fargica programada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot el sistema sanitari, p\u00fablic i privat, s&#039;ha girat per combatre els efectes provocats pel SARS-COV2, independentment de la seva especialitat m\u00e8dica o quir\u00fargica. Aix\u00f2 ha contribu\u00eft a garantir que cap d&#039;aquests pacients deix\u00e9s de rebre l&#039;atenci\u00f3 que necessitava.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un dels efectes d&#039;aquesta pand\u00e8mia \u00e9s que els pacients amb patologies diferents de la COVID-19 han alterat la programaci\u00f3 de les seves visites i altres serveis m\u00e8dics, inclosos els afectats pel Pectus Excavatum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les principals societats de cirurgians tor\u00e0cics reconegudes a nivell mundial, com la Societat Espanyola de Cirurgia Tor\u00e0cica (SECT) i la Societat Europea de Cirurgians Tor\u00e0cics (ESTS), debaten sobre com garantir l&#039;activitat assistencial als pacients amb patologies diferents de les produ\u00efdes pel Coronavirus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 12 d&#039;abril, l&#039;ESTS va presentar els resultats d&#039;una enquesta sobre cirurgia tor\u00e0cica en el moment d&#039;aquesta pand\u00e8mia. En aquesta enquesta van participar cirurgians tor\u00e0cics de pa\u00efsos d&#039;arreu del m\u00f3n, inclosa Espanya. Entre les diferents preguntes plantejades, cal destacar:<br \/>\n<strong>Com est\u00e0 afectant la pand\u00e8mia de la COVID-19 el funcionament normal del vostre hospital i tamb\u00e9 del vostre departament?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El resultat va ser que 20% \/ 24,5% de cirurgians van considerar la afectaci\u00f3 com a moderada (cirurgies m\u00e9s ajornades), 53% \/ 47,5% com a considerable (nom\u00e9s es van realitzar cirurgies m\u00e8diques o oncol\u00f2giques urgents, amb personal m\u00ednim i llits d&#039;UCI disponibles) i 15% \/ 15% \/ . extrem (gaireb\u00e9 tot l&#039;hospital estava dedicat a pacients amb COVID-19, tots els llits d&#039;UCI ocupats per aquest tipus de pacients i nom\u00e9s es van fer cirurgies urgents).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D&#039;altra banda, el passat 21 de maig el Comit\u00e8 Cient\u00edfic de la SECT https:\/\/www.sect.es\/index.php\/la-sociencia\/junta-directiva-y-comites va celebrar un webinar on es va presentar el resultat d&#039;un informe sobre la cirurgia programada durant la pand\u00e8mia de la COVID-19: \u201cLa cirurgia tor\u00e0cica en temps de pand\u00e8mia. Entre seguretat i risc\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquest webinar va ser organitzat per la SECT amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de la Fundaci\u00f3 SECT i Medtronic, i a la sessi\u00f3 va participar el Dr. N\u00e9stor Mart\u00ednez de l&#039;Hospital Universitari La Ribera i President del Comit\u00e8 Cient\u00edfic de la SECT, el Dr. Jose Ram\u00f3n Jarabo de l&#039;Hospital Cl\u00ednic San Carlos i el doctor Alberto Caba\u00f1ero de l&#039;Hospital Universitari Ram\u00f3n y Cajal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La principal premissa de l&#039;informe \u00e9s com el sistema sanitari es va centrar en el tractament de les patologies derivades de la COVID-19, amb l&#039;activitat electiva no COVID-19 suspesa en molts \u00e0mbits, com en el cas de la cirurgia tor\u00e0cica, que \u00e9s una especialitat oncol\u00f2gica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un dels objectius de l&#039;informe \u00e9s oferir recomanacions sobre com minimitzar els riscos derivats de no poder prestar l&#039;atenci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria requerida pels pacients amb patologies diferents de les produ\u00efdes pel SARS-COV2, sobre com garantir l&#039;activitat assistencial i la seguretat. de professionals, i els nous reptes en l&#039;organitzaci\u00f3 d&#039;un servei de cirurgia tor\u00e0cica.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0Pectus Excavatum\u00a0is one of the pathologies that are also affected [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4700,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[23,12],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4698","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news-2","category-sense-categoria"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
