En consecuencia, es el m\u00e1ximo responsable del control de los medicamentos y productos sanitarios de competencia estatal, y de preservar la garant\u00eda de calidad, seguridad, eficacia, informaci\u00f3n y accesibilidad de los medicamentos y productos sanitarios en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>El organismo estatal ha certificado que el Pectus Up Surgery Kit es un producto sanitario de calidad, y que se ajusta perfectamente a la normativa espa\u00f1ola en materia de productos sanitarios. Por ello, la AEMPS autoriza a Ventura Medical Technologies a distribuir el producto m\u00e1s innovador para el tratamiento del Pectus Excavatum.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo el estado espa\u00f1ol no es el \u00fanico estado europeo que reconoce las ventajas del Pectus Up Surgery Kit. La ANSM ha abierto las fronteras a un producto y una t\u00e9cnica hasta ahora inexistente, garantes de menor dolor, ausencia de complicaciones importantes y una recuperaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ASNM es una organizaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica francesa cuyo objetivo es evaluar los riesgos sanitarios que pueden presentar los medicamentos y otros productos sanitarios para la poblaci\u00f3n francesa. Su certificaci\u00f3n garantiza la calidad del Pectus Up Surgery Kit de acuerdo con las normas francesas en materia de calidad, seguridad y eficacia.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certificado.
