Asimismo, y por segunda vez en un caso de Pectus Up en Barcelona, ??<strong>Dr. Nagarajan Muthialu<\/strong>, cirujano cardiotor\u00e1cico en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gosh.nhs.uk\/\">Hospital de la calle Great Ormond<\/a> en Londres, tuvo una participaci\u00f3n relevante a lo largo de la sesi\u00f3n quir\u00fargica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Dr. Manuel L\u00f3pez<\/strong> es doctor en medicina, actualmente profesor universitario y director del <strong>Servicio de Cirug\u00eda Pedi\u00e1trica <\/strong>del <strong>Hospital Vall d&#039;Hebron<\/strong>, en Barcelona. Anteriormente fue responsable del servicio de Cirug\u00eda Pedi\u00e1trica del H\u00f4pital Nord CHU de Saint \u00c9tienne, Francia, as\u00ed como profesor de la Facultad de Medicina de la misma localidad. Actualmente, es secretario del comit\u00e9 ejecutivo del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chestwall.org\/\">Grupo Internacional de Paredes Tor\u00e1cicas (CWIG)<\/a>, revisor de varias publicaciones internacionales especializadas en urolog\u00eda, cirug\u00eda pedi\u00e1trica y laparoscopia, y miembro del consejo editorial de la <strong><em>Revista mundial de pediatr\u00eda cl\u00ednica<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">L\u00f3pez ha participado en cientos de <strong>pecto<\/strong> <strong>excavatum<\/strong> cirug\u00edas y hasta el momento es uno de los cirujanos con mayor experiencia en el <strong>pecto<\/strong> <strong>Arriba<\/strong>, habiendo operado tanto a pacientes pedi\u00e1tricos como adultos, algunos de ellos mayores de 40 a\u00f1os. A su vez, es quien ha formado a m\u00e1s cirujanos en la nueva t\u00e9cnica fuera de las fronteras espa\u00f1olas, como en Francia, en Colombia y M\u00e9xico, lo que le convierte en el profesional m\u00e1s relevante en esta t\u00e9cnica a nivel internacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El Dr. Javier Bueno es Jefe de Secci\u00f3n del Servicio de Cirug\u00eda Pedi\u00e1trica del <strong>Hospital Materno Infantil Vall d&#039;Hebron<\/strong> en Barcelona y cuenta con una amplia experiencia en cirug\u00edas de alta complejidad. Form\u00f3 parte del primer trasplante total de cara del mundo, realizado en el Hospital Vall d&#039;Hebron, y tambi\u00e9n del primer trasplante de intestino en Catalu\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La presencia en esta intervenci\u00f3n, la segunda en Barcelona, de <strong>Dr. Nagarajan Muthialu<\/strong> Merece especial atenci\u00f3n. Miembro del Royal College of Surgeons de Edimburgo (Reino Unido) y cirujano cardiotor\u00e1cico del Great Ormond Street Hospital, Muthialu se especializa en enfermedades card\u00edacas, tor\u00e1cicas y traqueales en ni\u00f1os, as\u00ed como en trasplantes card\u00edacos y pulmonares.
